Question: Do I need to be home to meet the cleaners and during the clean?

Answer: Our cleaners can be booked to arrive at a specific time that suits you. Alternatively for regular clients we are happy to hold your keys in our safe or collect your keys at a time convenient for you. For landlords located more than 2 miles from the property we can collect the keys from your lettings agent and return them once the job is complete.

Question: How do I organise payment?

Answer: For a one off cleaning service we offer secure payment through our Pay Pal account. For regular cleaning services we offer a client account whereby payments can be made monthly by standing order to our account, by cheque or by Pay Pal.

Question: Are your cleaners trustworthy and will they do a good job?

Answer: We understand that the security of your property is of the upmost importance. All our cleaners are vetted by us; have worked closely with us for a long period of time and come highly recommended. They are fully insured and the quality of their work is regularly spot checked. Our cleaners are uniformed, friendly and take pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Question: Do you offer custom made services or do I need to book a package?

Answer: We offer a tailor made service especially to suit your individual needs and understand that not all of our packages are appropriate. Through our Book-a-Cleaner service you can simply tick what services are required and/ or details what your budget is and submit your booking online.

Question: When booking a cleaner online how will I know someone will turn up, and when am I expected to pay?

Answer: When making a booking online you will receive an acknowledgment email in return or a phone call if requested. We will ask you to make a payment of £10.00 to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the cost of clean and we ask all clients to pay the balance within 48 hours post the clean if you are booking a one off clean.

Question: What’s the difference between a normal domestic clean and a professional one?

Answer: A domestic clean is aimed at an occupied property and can be basic or comprehensive dependant on your needs. Our Platinum Clean is very similar to that of a deep Professional Pre or End of Tenancy Clean, however we will be working around you and your belongings. A Pre or End of Tenancy Clean is tailored to intensively clean a vacant property and will ultimately be able to reach areas that a Platinum Clean will not.

Question: What if I am unsatisfied with the clean?

Answer: We regularly spot check our cleaners to ensure the highest quality, however, if you feel that any area was missed or not cleaned to the standard desired we are happy to have one of our two co-directors come out to the property , meet you personally and arrange to have our cleaners back within 24 hours to rectify.

Question: For commercial cleans do you work outside of office hours?

Answer: Yes! At Let’s Clean we understand the importance of not disturbing the working environment. We are happy to undertake the job at a time to suit your office, be it evenings or weekends. Your keys will be stored in our safe therefore ensuring that security is maintained at all times.

Question: Our office does not need all the services offered in you commercial package, can we take a smaller weekly service from you?

Answer: Yes, please select what services you require and how regularly you need them through our book-a-cleaner service online. That way we can custom make your package for you!
